Cart shop: On or about November 13th, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure walking working surfaces were maintained free of protruding objects such as the portable floor fan missing a cover and exposing blade(s). This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to amputation hazard(s).
