29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6):Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: a) Worksite was located at 710 Navesink River Road, Red Bank, NJ 07701 Workers were working on replacing a roof and using an aluminum extension ladder to access the roof . The extension ladder was erected with its base on an unstable debris pile of removed roofing materials. Violation was observed on or about November 7, 2024.
