29 CFR 1926.1408(b)(1): The employer did not conduct a planning meeting with the operator and the other workers who will be in the area of the equipment or load to review the location of the power line(s), and the steps that will be implemented to prevent encroachment/electrocution. Location: 556 Main Street Falmouth Lyberty Green Jobsite On or about October 30, 2024, employees were exposed to electric shock and electrocution hazards due to not adequately pre-planning the lifting of structural steel components during construction in the vicinity of residential power lines.
