29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs. Safety instruction signs shall be used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures. a) On 10/21/2024, the employer did not ensure that safety instructions signs were used for general instructions to employees who operated forklifts near and around the construction area including where the 10 to 14" excavation was dug and created a hazard for employees who operated forklifts being exposed to a potential tip over hazard created by the drop off.
