29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): Spray booths shall be so installed that all portions are readily accessible for cleaning. A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides shall be kept free from storage or combustible construction: On or about October 24, 2024, at a facility located at 6610 Wisconsin 44 in Pickett, WI; storage along the outside west wall of the spray booth in Bay 2 did not allow for a clear space of 3 feet on all sides. Cardboard boxes of PPE, spray booth filters, and winter jackets were stored along the outer west wall of the spray booth.
