29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Utility room; On or about October 10, 2024, and dates prior, the space in front of electrical breaker panels used to supply power to equipment, including but not limited to, lights, signage, refrigeration equipment, air compressor(s), etc., were not maintained free of obstruction to allow for immediate access and operation. (b) Smoker room; On or about October 10, 2024, and dates prior, the space in front of an electrical disconnect used to supply power to the meat smoker(s), was not maintained free of obstruction to allow for immediate access and operation.
