29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive siderails. (a) Worksite: On or about 10-10-2024, employees were exposed to electrical type hazards from ascending and descending an aluminum extension ladder that was set-up approximately 2-feet from the live electrical power feed coming into the structure.
