Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) On or about October the employer did not provide copies of safety data sheets in the workplace for the hazardous chemicals used, such as but not limited to Fragrance Tire and Wheel (flammable, eye, nose, throat, and skin irritant), Hot Wax with Carnauba (serious eye damage), Rhino Brite EN and Rhino Brite XF (corrosives), Super Suds EX (corrosive), Rhino Stomp EN (corrosive), Rust Oleum Molten Bath (corrosive), Rust Oleum Molten Cure (corrosive), Drying Agent GEN (flammable, corrosive), Protect It (corrosive), Super Brush RR (eye and skin irritant, suspected carcinogen.)
