29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) Adler Pelzer Group on or about October 15, 2024 at the location of 1550 N. Wynn Rd. Oregon, Ohio 43616: The employer did not ensure employees were adequately protected from pinch points, caught in hazards, and crushing hazards created by the air actuated clamps of the "Wheel Arch Liner" mold on the Manual line. Due to this condition, employees tasked with operating the air actuated clamps were exposed to abovementioned hazards.
