29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees used appropriate hand protection when conducting an activity that exposed them to an electrical hazard capable of causing injury to the hands, such as electrical burns. Employees were erecting the 5th and 6th levels of a supported tubular welded frame scaffold within 6 inches laterally from an energized, unguarded and ungrounded 13.2kv Primary power line.
