29 CFR 1926.951(b)(1): For field work involving two or more employees at a work location performing work on, or associated with, exposed lines or equipment energized at 50 volts or more, at least two persons with first-aid training were not available: On or about August 9, 2024, at the intersection of Eastwood Dr and Cypress Way E, Naples, Florida 33410, an employee was permitted to work inside a handhole without having two persons trained in first aid available for rendering assistance.
