29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) At 5312 Harbor Rd, Bradenton, Florida: On or about July 30, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, employees involved in tree trimming operations were not provided head protection when tree limbs were cut and thrown to the ground.
