29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: Location: 1525 Harbor Blvd. Weehawken NJ 07086 / Second Floor - Unit 4234. a: The employer failed to ensure employees did not come in contact with live, in-slab electrical conduits during the course of their work. An employee suffered an electrocution after becoming in contact with a live, 120V electrical conduit while using a core drill. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2024.
