29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. At the jobsite located at 245 US Highway 36 Courtland, KS, employee(s) performing concrete construction activities were exposed to fall hazards in that employee(s) were not trained to recognize hazards associated with scaffolding prior to erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds. The hazards included incomplete decking and fall protection.
