29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about July11, 2024, at the U.S. Immigration, Customs and Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, Ponce: Cubicle, Agent - a relocatable power tap multi-outlet, Brand APC, was connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), Brand Tripp Lite, forming a daisy chain, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
