29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) On or about July 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure powered industrial vehicles including, but not limited to a Crown RM 6000 Series narrow-isle reach truck were examined at least daily prior to being put into operation. This condition exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards.
