On or about June 26, 2024, on the production floor, the Line 6 Stringline Proofer, Winkler Model 681979 was not completely enclosed to prevent employees from reaching under the machine contacting the gear and sprocket. Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with unguarded ingoing nip points.
