29 CFR 1926.1430(g)(1):Training administration: The employer did not evaluate each employee required to be trained under this subpart to confirm understanding of the training. At the temporary jobsite located at northbound US-69 Highway, south of US-54 Highway, Fort Scott, Kansas, on June 21, 2024, employer failed to evaluate the crane operating employee engaged in moving material with the use of a National 500E2 Crane (serial # 294552), whom was exposed to struck-by hazards. The employer did not ensure that the operator understood the training and information provided in the NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) training.
