29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation were not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section. A) Concrete Systems, Inc. - 98 Pluckemin Way, Bedminster NJ 07921 - Employees in the process of installing rebar for foundation walls in excavation of 8' in depth were exposed to cave-in/engulfment hazard while working in an unprotected excavation. No protective system in place (shoring, shielding, benching or sloping) was provided for employee protection. Condition(s) were noted on about 6/20/2024
