29 CFR 1926.106(d): A lifesaving skiff was not immediately available at locations where employees were working over or adjacent to water: On or about 6/19/2024, at the jobsite located at 5145 Sesame Street, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, employees were exposed to a drowning hazard when they were required to swim across a lake without having a lifesaving skiff available at the worksite.
