29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded. The guarding device was not in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, were not so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. At 1 Pauwels DR, Washington, MO, 63090, On June 20, 2024 and at times prior thereto, Employees were exposed to dangers associated with bypassing a guard on a press specifically , ST-PB-01 Cincinnati Model 90 Pro F S/n 53949 had a piece of cardboard taped over a portion of the light curtain.
