29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: a) On or about June 6, 2024, at 25100 Ameera Trail, St. Cloud, FL 34773; during pipe laying work, when a medical facility for treatment of injured and ill employees was not available in near proximity, the employer did not have a person or persons trained to render first aid treatment or ensure other medical treatment was available and used for all injured and ill employees.
