29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was medically evaluated or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about June 12, 2024, at Continental Coatings in Houston, TX employees were required to wear 3M KN9041 particulate respirators when blending adding high solid polyurethane without being medically evaluated.
