29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: Westbound lanes of West Boulevard between Sisson Avenue and South Whitney Street, Hartford, CT: On or about June 12, 2024, the employer failed to ensure the placement of all required advance warning traffic control signs upstream of the work zone as required by the MUTCD 2009, to warn road users that road work is taking place and what actions the road users must take, thereby exposing employees to vehicle traffic struck-by hazards.
