Metal containers and portable tanks meeting the requirements of and containing products authorized by chapter I, title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (regulations issued by the Hazardous Materials Regulations Board, Department of Transportation), shall be deemed to be acceptable. a) Saw Mill Area: On or about June 12, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards while carrying, dispensing and storing gasoline, in that the gasoline containers were not approved for use.
