29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) On June 7, 2024, at a construction site located at or near SW of I-94, exit 208, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet while working from a personnel platform attached to a JLG SKY TRAK 8042 rough terrain forklift during the installation of roof trusses. The platform was not equipped the guardrails on all four sides and employees were not utilizing full body harnesses and lanyards.
