29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a) Facility: Employees are required to wear 3M 1/2 dual cartridge and N95 respirators while packing ingredients. Prior to requiring the use of respiratory protection, the employer did not provide training on the maintenance, use and limitations, of respiratory protection, for affected employees on or about 5/30/24.
