29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: a) Throughout the office building, located at 3782 US HWY 280, Cobb, GA, on or about May 30, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fire and entrapment hazards, in that emergency exit signs were not illuminated, as they were paper signs posted above the doors.
