29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment not be used without affixed, legible identification markings required by paragraph (a)(2)(I) of this section: On or about May 28, 2024, employees used a three leg chain sling to lift an 8,000 pound concrete drainage box that, at the time of the inspection, did not have an affixed, legible identification tag or marking.
