29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9):All employees shall be kept clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads. Employees engaged in material handling operations located at 14961 Shepard Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68138, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that a rigged nylon sling that was suspended in the air and holding a grapple attachment for an excavator that was going to be welded, fell and struck an employee. This was most recently documented on or about May 24th, 2024.
