29 CFR 1910.213(k)(3): Tenoning machine(s) did not have cutting heads, and saws if used, covered by metal guards which covered at least the unused part of the periphery of the cutting head: (a) Styles and Rails Department - On or about May 21, 2024, employees operating a Baxter Whitney & Son, Inc. tenoning machine were exposed to amputation hazards because the metal guards did not cover at least the unused part of the periphery of the cutting head.
