29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact was not more than 10 feet. a) 4449 Academy Street, Acworth GA: On or about May 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that an arborist was allowed to climb, trim and cut trees, within 10 feet of an energized residential power line of 7.2 kV with a steel core flipline that measured 12 feet long.
