29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A): Retraining shall be provided for all authorized and affected employees whenever there is a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that present a new hazard, or when there is a change in the energy control procedures. a) On or about 05/08/2024, employer did not ensure that management employees were retrained when there was a change to their job assignment on the energy control procedures for the Cincinnati location to ensure that authorized employees were applying padlocks and chains to the suction, discharge, and recycle valves during lockout for the R2 01.20 Feed Compressor located in the R2 compressor room and to ensure that employees were clear in the area during repositioning of machine equipment.
