29 CFR 1918.92(e): Employees were permitted to enter dark holds, compartments, decks, or other spaces without a flashlight or other portable light: a. On or about May 14, 2024, at the jobsite located at 2085 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206, onboard the BERGEN-STAR HIDRA (IMO 9071569) cargo ship, employer did not provide employees with adequate personal illumination devices, such as flashlights and/or head lamps, prior to embarking the ship to conduct stevedoring operations.
