29 CFR 1910.263(i)(11)(i): All top openings were not provided with covers attached to the machines. These covers should be so arranged and interlocked that power will be shut off whenever the cover is opened to a point where the operator's fingers might come in contact with the beaters. On or about May 02, 2024, in the Bakery/Tortilla Production Area, employees utilized a Hobart Mixer that was not equipped with a bowl guard during dough mixing operations.
