29 CFR 1910.120(q)(1): The employer did not develop and implement an emergency response plan to handle anticipated emergencies prior to commencement of emergency response operations: a) Flammable and Water based Mixing Departments: On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards from ignition of Class 1 Division 1 Flammables in that the employer does not have a site-specific written emergency response plan.
