29 CFR 1910.95(k)(2): The training program was not repeated annually for each employee included in the hearing conservation program: a) On or about July 26, 2024, located in the fan shop where employees were not provided annual training. A Sanding and Patching worker who was exposed to 76.77% of noise dose, which is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 88.1 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 440 minutes on July 26, 2024. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 40 minutes. b) On or about July 26, 2024, located in the fan shop where employees were not provided annual training. A Sanding and Patching worker who was exposed to 73.79% of noise dose, which is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 87.8 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 384 minutes on July 26, 2024. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 96 minutes. c) On or about July 26, 2024, located in the fan shop where employees were not provided annual training. A Sanding and Patching worker who was exposed to 67.33% of noise dose, which is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 87.1 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 253 minutes on July 26, 2024. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 227 minutes.
