29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a. On or about April 30, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, the ladder used to access and egress the upper working level of the structure was a six-foot A-Frame ladder that was closed and leaned against structure, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
