29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee did not retain the requisite understanding or skill: On or about April 30, 2024, on the backside of the residential construction, employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection while performing framing activities indicating employees did not retain the requisite understanding or skill. W. Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1720663, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12900 Bob Hope Drive, El Paso, TX 79928 . W. Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673857, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1822 Brittle Place, El Paso, TX 79911 .
