29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: JOBSITE/24 RESEARCH PARKWAY, WALLINGFORD, CT 06492: On/or about April 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the employees who were required to work from the scissor lift of the IPSS - NPSS United Stated Postal Service (USPS) room and exposed to fall hazards were properly re-trained in fall hazard identification and the procedures to be followed to minimize such hazards.
