29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about April 24, 2024, at a commercial construction jobsite located at or about 1501 North 86th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employee(s) were working from the platform of the scaffold at a height greater than 10 feet while the outside edges of the platform was not equipped with guard rails nor were employees utilizing personal fall arrest systems.
