29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: (a) On or about April 23, 2024, in the Engine Room#1 at Americold Logistics LLC Samuel facility, employees were exposed to fire, explosion and toxic gas release hazards when the employer did not establish and implement inspection and test procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of the equipment; including but not limited to Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) procedure, guidelines and instructions.
