29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) 147 Quigley Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720 (training room): On or about April 15, 2024, Romex cables and conduit were not connected to devices and fittings with strain relief as it ran through a drop ceiling to service 120 volts for multiple computer stations, exposing employees to electrical shock/burn hazards.
