29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) On or about March 28, 2024, at the job site located at N57W18723 Dandelion Court, Menomonee Falls WI, employees were installing shingles on the roof of a residential building with a pitch of 6:12, with a fall height of approximately 12 feet without fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. The JC Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1674359, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/11/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9714 Bergamount Drive, Franklin, WI 53132. The JC Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643732, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/24/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1825 Yorkville Meadows, Union Grove, WI 53182. The JC Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1579161 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/1/2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 1964 Cheyenne Avenue, Grafton, WI 53024.
