29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) Worksite, 628 Meadow Road, Kings Park, NY 11754 - Employee climbed a 32 ft Werner extension ladder to carry a 4 x 8 ft sheet of plywood to the second floor of the residential structure to be installed on the exterior wall. The employee was exposed to falling approximately 20 ft to the ground below; on or about February 29th, 2024 Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
