29 CFR 1910.1450(g)(1): An employee who worked with a hazardous chemical was not provided an opportunity to receive medical attention including a follow up examination which the examining physician had determined to be necessary under the circumstances described in 29 CFR 1910.1450(g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(iii). a) Hau Processing Labs: On March 12, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to Methylene Chloride and Dimethylformamide while preparing and running chemical reactions. The employer did not provide employees required to work with hazardous chemicals an opportunity to receive medical attention.
