On or about March 12, 2024, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to crush-by hazards while working in a trench that was approximately 6 feet deep, with near vertical walls, in class c soil, in that, a SANY Excavator Model # SY235LC Serial #13SY023B81788 was less than two feet away from the excavation's edge employee while excavating the soil around the other employees as they were conducting their job task in the excavation b.) On or about March 12, 2024, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to crush-by hazards while working in a trench that was approximately 6 feet deep, with near vertical walls, in class c soil, in that, the spoil pile was approximately 20 inches away from the edge of the excavation.
