29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for those employees who might be exposed to a fall hazard: a) Jobsite at 2901 Hedley Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137 - On or about March 12, 2024, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were performing commercial roofing activities on a low-slope roof approximately 14.6 feet above ground level without being trained on preventing and mitigating fall hazards.
