29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a.) PJ Murphy Forest Products Corp, bagger room, on or about 3/12/24 and times prior thereto: A dura heat torpedo heater was being used near two 5 gallon containers of diesel fuel. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
