29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(vii): The brakes shall be set and outriggers, when used, shall be positioned on pads or a solid surface. Wheel chocks shall be installed before using an aerial lift on an incline: a) Corner of North Washington Street and East Sunbury Street, Shamokin, PA - On or about March 5, 2024, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while working on an incline in a vehicle mounted aerial lift, approximately twenty (20) feet high, without wheel chocks being utilized.
